Currently I am on staff at Presentation Prayer Center, 3001 11 Street South, Fargo, ND. My specific ministry is pastoral counseling. In 1978 I was
certified by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. As a pastoral counselor, I incorporate into my practice the insights and principles gained from the behavioral sciences, theology and spirituality in an
effort to bring about healing and wholeness, in my ministry to hurting people. I work in the areas of pre-marriage, marriage, divorce adjustment and do grief and bereavement counseling.
Another facet of my ministry takes place at Prairie St. John’s psychiatric hospital, where I am pastoral assistant in the chaplaincy department. In this role, I am
responsible for providing a ministry of spiritual care and pastoral counseling to patients, families and staff. The ministry allows me to utilize resources of religious
faith that will enhance the total program of treatment and care, while maintaining confidentiality for all concerned. In providing quality care and service, I am guided
by Prairie St. John/s mission, vision and values, in the promotion of spirituality and mental health.
