As kitchen manager at Cardinal Muench Seminary, I coordinate all of the food services not only for the seminarians and
faculty but also for a variety of groups. Events that require food service are the Deacon Formation weekends, Beginning Experiences for Divorced/Separated Adults plus weekends for children, summer camps for boys and girls
. I have been doing this for about 25 years.
