Sister Paula Ringuette just finished her leadership role as president of the Fargo congregation. She held that office from 1995 through July 2005.
Prior to her assuming the leadership position, Sister Paula served as Executive Director of the North Dakota Catholic Conference, and lobbyist for the two North Dakota Catholic Dioceses. Other work experiences include teaching at the primary and secondary levels and college seminary, serving as pastoral assistant in both rural and urban settings and working with church and business groups to develop better community relationships. She has served on a number of boards, including Home On the Range, Fargo Diocesan Pastoral Council, Cardinal Muench Seminary, Riverview Place, Friendship, Inc. and Carrington Health Center.
Sister Paula received her bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minnesota and graduate degrees from the University of Detroit and Regis University, Denver, Colorado.
